the sales and service staff are genuinely super friendly and helpful, but i probably wouldn’t recommend the service department because i asked them to check my rim to see if it was bent before putting my tires on, they threw it on a machine that said everything was fine, but apparently it took the manager seconds - months later to determine it was bent… and couldn’t even offer a shred of accountability for not checking more thoroughly from the start

So a little late but, thank you Queen City motors for not just helping me get my new to me car, but for putting me in the car that I have always wanted.
